OK, this is just a blog by me. Currently I co run this two companies of which one does distribution of hardware and the other software and implementation stuff. We dug deep into the Open Source VoIP mould and I do think that we have quite some experience with all those projects now and influenced some of them even a bit 
Our company Halo Kwadrat Sp. z o.o. is a SUN DevelopmentNetwork partner and a SUN partner, distributes Sangoma Hardware for OpenSource Voice Solutions and is also a Pingtel ASP. We distribute some other hardware for telephony as well and have some experience in large scale deployments.
Situated in Warszawa, Poland it is sometimes a bit hard to go to all the conferences/summits/workshops/fairs but I think we manage not too badly 
In our new setup, Voiceworks Sp. z o.o. we do mostly software work and implementations, utilising Pingtel, SipX, OpenPBX, ICD, Open-Xchange, Solaris, OpenSolaris, Linux and other stuff. We seem to slowly become experts on services for the Cable TV industy, mid to large scale callcenters and large scale corporate VoIP systems.
