Media Services: sipXecs of course comes with all the expected media services including voicemail, auto-attendants, group paging and intercom, hunt groups, call park & retrieve, call pick-up and many more. Voicemail includes unified messaging and integration with Microsoft Exchange 2007.

Call Center ACD Server: sipXecs includes a powerful call center (ACD) server. Lot's of features and options allow the management of several queues with many agents. Real-time and historic reporting is provided by sipXecs.

Automated configuration tests: sipXecs automatically tests for correct configuration of e.g. network services like DHCP, DNS and others. This eliminates a frequent source of error during installation and makes system configuration a breeze.

Gateways and SIP Trunking:  sipXecs scales trunk capacity as you add gateways or SIP trunking providers. Trunk redundancy and fail-over, least cost routing, and very flexible dialplan rules are combined with ease of use. Gateways are plug & play configured by sipXecs.

Personal Auto-Attendant: Every user on the sipXecs system gets a personal auto-attendant configurable by the user. Individual greetings provide options to callers. Individual language selection is a nother key feature.

Plug & play management: sipXecs manages lots of phones from a large number of vendors. By manage we mean that devices are auto-discovered and auto-configured including firmware management, speed dial, presence, phone book and everything else.

User management: Managing users in sipXecs is totally simple. You can create a new user and assign a phone to that new user in just a few clicks. Plug the phone into the LAN and it comes up configured. Unified messaging settings included.

  User controlled find-me / follow-me: The sipXecs user Web portal allows individual users to fully control their call forwarding rules, including the creation of schedules and full control over a personal auto-attendant. Provided necessary permissions, calls can be forwarded to anywhere.

User self-management Web portal: sipXecs provides powerful control to end users. Every user can self-administer personal unified messaging features, language selection, find-me / follow-me, and many other key features.
